I sent out a package from Millsboro and was suppose to be delivered 9th March by 12pm in NYbut package arrive at Philadelphia distribution center and have not move .what might be the problem and can I bring up my receipt there to pick up my package.

The distribution center is not open to the public. You cannot just go in and ask for your package. Do you know how many packages are in there. Alot. Most likely your package was not delivered because of the weather. It may not have departed Philadelphia in enough time for it to be delivered on its promise date. Just be patient. It will be there in a timely manner.

Can the package come back to me in Millsboro so I can use different courier because it has to be delivered ASAP
