If I pick up my Enterprise rental car at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) and then return it at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is there a drop fee associated with the rental? If so, then what is the added cost?

Yes..most airports have drop fees and they can tell what it is before hand

There is a drop fee but it depends on the car and other factors. You'd have to ask the rental agent
