My husband had surgery at 8, back in room at 1130, walked and climbed stairs at 2, got in our truck at 4, dinner at Applebee's at 5, home at 7. Went up 10 stairs to bed that night. Up at 7am, dressed and out to breakfast. If that isn't amazing, I don't know what is. 2 months post op, still doing amazing!!! I dare you to find a better Dr. Previous to this my cousin had both hips at the same time replaced by Dr. McGrath, and she did unbelievably amazing. Almost the same scenerio.

hello The one and only dr mcgrath performed hip replacment surgery this past wednesday at buffalo general! before the surgery i was nervous with all sorts of senerios going through my head then the moment arrived where dr mcgrath came over to me and assured me all would go smooth! i had such a great team pre and post op but the one i give credit to the most was my OR team!! we are now 3 days removed and i am walking like a king (still using walker) i thank dr mcgrath and his team at buffalo general for taking such good care of me through a time where not only myself but noone looks foward to!

87 year old mom had hip replacement surgery by Dr. McGrath after falling and fracturing her femur. It all went really well. Mom was up and about not long after surgery and experienced minimal pain. Dr. McGrath was positive and reassuring and that meant a lot to mom and the family.
