Yes, Dan is correct. You still should compensate the buyer agent. We highly recommend 3% but you’re welcome to pick any commission rate you choose. Regardless of who you hire to list and market, it’s strongly suggested that you offer the 3% (Buyer Agent Commission) so you’re able to maximize traffic from the whole community of Brokers.
