Y'all seriously need to either hire more people for the offices y'all do have or open more smaller offices again because this is beyond ridiculous to still have people waiting to be helped that have been here since y'all opened. Get it together

Seriously, 3 desk out of 20 are open. Typical wait time appears to be 3-4 hours.

You can’t have things both way. Texans want to gripe and not want to pay any taxes; and then complain they don’t have enough government employees hired and continue to close government buildings; both things paid for with tax money.

Charge more to get and to renew a license. Make the online renewal more available. Charge more gasoline tax.
