At this time the Plano Police can take online reporting. https://www.plano.gov/1529/Online-Police-Reporting if you have an emergency your best and most efficient method would be to dial 911 or hold the 9 down on your cell phone to short cut emergency call to 911. In the near future the City of Plano will have text to 911 available.
