Called and left a message for this company as well as several others. A competitor of his told me they couldn't get out for a month, well, Steven called me back almost immediately and thankfully was able to fit me right in. Since I had a few heads that were geysers, I was beyond thankful. No one wants a high water bill. He came on time, fixed the geysers and many other broken heads that I had, and changed the type of heads I had in one area of my lawn that weren't extending enough. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and service and then when I got the estimate, I was even more elated. They were the best quality service - but - for the least expensive price. I could not recommend this company highly enough. Def will be my go to sprinkler team from now on.

I placed a call to inquiry about the possibility of obtaining Steven's Irrigation company for a leaking valve in my system. No answer but a answering service stated they were unavailable and would get back to me. I left a message and waited until the next day to hear back and decided to place one more call to see if they might be able to take care of my leak. Still haven't heard anything. I am not sure what their turn around time is for getting back to people is, but I could not wait to get this leak fixed. I was hoping for a return call or a text message after two days. I assume they are busy but it is frustrating not hear back either yes or no. I was able to contact two other companies, both contacted me the same day I called and set an appointment and will be able to get the leak fixed.

Jordan, Thank you for the review! Yes, typically what I do is install an isolation valve that allows you to turn the water off and on to your sprinkler system without having any affect on the water to your house. Once I get that installed, I install another valve but this time downstream of your double check. This allows me to hook up the line from my compressor to your system. I then blow out the water from your pipes one zone at a time.
I need to get in the back yard and check the measurements from head to head and also the gpms of each head. Unfortunately the company that designed and installed the system did a poor job. I need to see the design plan and calculate the hydraulics of all 3 zones in your backyard. No worries I can fix any issues
Jennifer, Thank you for the referral! The licenses i currently hold are: licensed Irrigator, BPAT, CSI, WDB, WWlll. Most irrigation companies may hold 2 licenses at most and I have 5. This is what sets me apart from the competition.
