OK all I need to know is it a family place everybody saying no it’s not a good place to go you have a drug dealer and homeless people around all I’m trying to do is find a place that I can call home place that I will be safe.

Just like most areas of Fresno if you stay to yourself it is ok. Good and bad like everywhere else.

I lived there for 2 months summer of 2018. I felt safe. I did not meet any homeless people or drug dealers. It is quiet. Mostly families and retired people. Most of the tenants are long term. Management is very nice.
