Moving in this week, for the price $455 for rent you can't beat it. At first I was hesitant moving there bc of the reputation the surrounding area has. That's out the gate, inside the gate it's not bad, really. Hey, it's a lot better place then other mobile parks I've seen. And Micheal (the mgr) he was so nice and helpful.

You have to have your own unit, they don't rent trailers or mobile homes
It really depends on your usage. During the summer months we have residents whose monthly electric PG&E is as low as $20/month and as high at $180/month.

It's 425 + the electric all on the same bill they have 30 and 50 amp services available and a new security gate and cameras in place now and it's close to a lot of places food stores and hwy 99 so come and check it out the Office is open 10 -2 PM M - W -F closed on weekends and holidays
