Dr Hernandez , is an amazing doctor that shows effort and looks like he cares about his patients. I have no bad things to say about him. Other than some doctors that work here not saying no names but complain about their “Job” they should never be doctors in the first place. However there needs to be a new Manager in this office seems like she doesn’t have management skills or can conduct an office and staff.

I asked for a referral a year ago and I am yet to see it. The staff is nice but they are uncoordinated and don't seem to know what's going on in their own office. $1300 later I regret choosing this place to provide me medical services.

If I could leave a 0 star or negative, I would. The care I received at this facility 2 years ago was supposed to be for a standard annual physical. The PA didn't do anything in regards to a physical, asked me if I had any concerns. I brought up a rash, treated me for the rash then turned the appointment into regular visit and billed me accordingly instead of my insurance covering the visit. I have argued with them for 2 years and they will not even just eat the $100 bill and acknowledge their mistake. Will never refer anyone here or go back.
