If I'm not mistaking there are 2 separate playgrounds. There is also a big field and at night the lights turn on making the section where there are tables bright.
EDIT--->The pool might be open to the public now too!

Yes you do. It's .50 cents for kids under 13 yoa, $1 for kids 13-17 yoa and $2 for adults. Adults need to be with their kids at all times especially if they're little and don't know how to swim. No floating devices are allowed.
