Not exactly. Anybody you see here is a graduate of an accredited Med School and is trained in their area. The only "students" here are Resident Physicians and Fellows. Those are also doctors. These are doctors going through additional training for a specific specialty or area (for example, Pediatric Ophthalmology or Oncology Ophthalmology). Depending on what type of eye appointment you need, you may see a Resident or Fellow Physician but the statement that they are people who "doesnt know anything" is false to the highest extent.
