I am not sure about stepping but they have line dancing, beginner class on Wednesdays 1130am-1pm, $5. Fun class.

According to the YWCA schedule that took effect 02/2018 stepping class with George Thompson is on Wednesday from 5:30-7pm. It is a fee based class so the instructor will tell you the price when you get there.
