Not happy with the care my niece is getting, this place is terrible, they have rats I've been told and I could go on and on..I can't wait to get her out of there. Health dept needs to be called asap! There short handed so that makes it even worse ;(

This place is completely HORRIBLE!!! I can't wait for my brother to get out of there. I hate visiting him in this place. It's always dirty, b it smells, the food looks bad, the staff never knows anything, they keep him soiled for a long time. It's exhausting!!!!!

I'm a patient here now can't wait to get out of here was left on bedpan over 2 hrs one nite my morning meds are sometimes 2 hrs late.Caught covid while here not getting the therapy I thought I would .Would not recommend this place at all.Gnats all around have used same bedpan 2weeks in a row instead of using a urinal they tried to get me to pee onto a pad I'm not a baby.Guy in my room keeps window open cause he is hot take of the dang sweatshirt it's summer time...Do not come here food is terrible u only get milk and kool-aid every meal disgusting..They all come in ur first day saying this and that but nothing ever happens.They are too full only few nurses for 100 people..The place needs shut down at once it's a dump
