Was seen here for 3 years, it really helped me. Looking to be seen again, but am getting 0 response from their office. Tried email, calling, texting...no response, not even a "we're full message".

Do yourself a favor and do not come here. I was seen here many years ago. They sent me a bill. I paid the bill. Now five years later they are on my credit report stating that they turned me over to collections! I paid them! I spoke to the former CEO years ago to get a copy of my medical records from her and she verified that my balance was paid off, but NOW five years later it is in collections! This is a horrible company! They will treat you horribly as a patient and then take advantage of you financially after you leave, even though you pay your bill they will fabricate some mysterious bill and send it to collections!

I wanted to share with all. That i was refer to this place. Filled out paperwork for intake. Then nothing happens, july 2021 goes by. Still on hold and text and called. Kept getting the run around and no answers. Couldn't provide a zoom meeting or tele-meet. Now its December 3rd 2021 and still nothing. I say move on and find someone else for therapy services.
