You have to or your hire goes through training. Don't provide trained candidates. Get paid depending on what the patient plan coverage includes.
If your parents qualify for personal care services, you could get hired to be their care worker. You would be an employee and be paid to provide their care. You can call the office and ask for personal care intake.
