Housing goes through the Veterans Multiservice Center around the corner. Unfortunately you must be a veteran with an HONERABLE or GENERAL UNDER HONERABLE discharge to qualify.
I don't believe so. However, you Can visit the UESF Office downtown and they DO assist nonmilitary people. Look for their location on the internet Good luck!
