Who actually owns City Square

I know that they give away food and they give away canned goods and chicken and stuff like you know it's it's a good place to visit and if you are doing bad like all of us and this pandemic time there is a place to visit

I do believe the city of Dallas but I'm not sure of that . I no the housing that is directly across the street that city square is involved with was funded by the city and houses mentally challenged people through metro care and citysquare
