No private areas. Just a big open dining experience with live bands.
I would recommend calling ahead for a reservation. There seemed to be enough room when we were there.

No, it gets loud in there at night. They pretty much have a band every night. Very loud.
Perhaps contact the restaurant to see if it'll allow you to rent out the place for a party of that size. Other Main St. restaurants have similar spaces (Willhoite's, Farina's, Palace Theater...).
