Yes, most of the building's are accessible with a chair, but moving along some of the gravel areas may be difficult. It's well worth the visit, I enjoyed the armory. Also the history was very enlightening about the area around Boise.
I would say much of the Old Idaho Penitentiary is wheelchair accessible, though hardly wheelchair friendly. Sidewalks are uneven and broken, and some areas (e.g., the Death Row area) are on the second floor of a cell house that has no elevator, only stairs. That said, even an incomplete tour of this incredible historical site is great!
Most buildings are wheelchair friendly. There are only a few places that may not be accessible by wheelchair.
Yes. All the entrances are wheelchair friendly. And most of the tour is also on flat surface.
