Call them! If they don't respond, try to take her to a vet and tell them it's a stray, and that you can't pay for any work done. Also, they should be able to check for a chip that may identify her as a pet.
You just have to take her to the facility and work with the intake department there. If they have room and the ability to treat the injury they should be happy to take care of the baby.
They will definitely take her in, also I believe you can call and someone will answer or call you back if they aren't open.... Summer tree is a great vet option if you need one
