An application only takes about 10 minutes. They do have to put your info in the system so another 5 minutes. If they animal is fixed they can go home if not they have to say. ALL ANIMALS ARE FIXED BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
Yeah they are pretty helpful there as well
It depends if u wanna get a cat it has to be neutered or spayed but if it's a dog possibly u just fill a form and u take it home.
