There's an over weight black woman behind the counter, she refused to help me fill out a label for my box. Every time I've been up here, they've always helped me with my boxes, but her!! I had to call for a manager to help & he had no prob helping me! I have MS, a disability where I can't write anymore, I even told her that. She didn't care, interrupted me, talked over to me, told me to go to the wall to get tape and labels etc, & I told her it's hard to walk, & she STILL Refused to help me!!! She should NOT be in cust Service!!

I’ve been coming to this post office for the past three years. I have almost always received (except one time) great service and the staff is very efficient. I mail a handful of packages every month or every other month. The mail usually moves quickly and I’ve never had any of my mail lost or delayed. I much rather drive to this location even if I am somewhere closer to another PO. Anyway, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews, I honestly think this is one of the better post offices!
