There's essentially no free parking. Metered parking scattered around, paid lots around as well. If you use a meter, you can get the app and it'll keep track of the time for you and you can automatically add more time from your phone. Also helps when you don't have coins on you, you just pay through the app with your card. It's usually cheaper than doing the parking lot, depending on how long you are parking for.
There is free parking if walking 10 min. Doesnt bother you.
They have a pay lot behind the venue. Various other lots too.
There are nearby pay-to-park lots but get there early.
If you get lucky, there's a bunch of free spots behind the caged lot in back. Chances are you wont snag one of those unless you get there before 6pm.
