Easily one of my favorite live venues in Dallas!

It's kind of a dive. But beers were decently priced and I didn't have to wait long to be served. The sound isn't the greatest, but the vibes are excellent.

My boyfriend and I were removed from the venue before the show started because he was holding my drink for me while I was trying to put on the t-shirt from the merch table I had just bought. Didn't get a chance to talk to anybody but was grabbed from behind without consideration. I understand the circumstances, but seeing as he was the only person I came to the show with I wasn't going to ask a stranger to hold my drink for me. Spent money on tickets months in advance and didn't even get to see the bands I paid money to see. Disappointed.

This venue is my new favorite, great size for an intimate show with the bands you love. One thing I noticed about this venue was the temperature, even fully immersed in the crowd I never got hot. You definitely didn’t have to question if their AC was on / working and there’s a huge overhead fan. A lot of venues these days are overcrowded and SO HOT but this one really did the damn thing. Looking forward to seeing many more shows here. There’s Parking a couple blocks away and it’s not outrageously priced like some lots.

I would check with the club. Some shows may be all ages like Gas Monkey Live. I would call them.
All kids need to be accompanied by an adult. It is a safe and nice environment to bring your family for a show. Yes they serve alcohol here but they also serve it at Chili's. A big difference though...Chili's doesn't have cool bands :)
From my experience around 10pm-1am usually 12 though. Depending on the band.
It would depend on what trees and the ppl renting the ventue for the show
There's essentially no free parking. Metered parking scattered around, paid lots around as well. If you use a meter, you can get the app and it'll keep track of the time for you and you can automatically add more time from your phone. Also helps when you don't have coins on you, you just pay through the app with your card. It's usually cheaper than doing the parking lot, depending on how long you are parking for.
The mezzanine level is just as great. If you don't want to be mixed up in the floor General admission group, I recommend the upstairs/mezzanine.
I think it depends on the artist performing. We were there a few weeks ago and they enforced masks.
I don't work there I only was there for that event ....check it out hope you enjoy yourself like I did .....its a laid back place
yes
I think in June or July since the show is in the middle of September 2020
Yes if the show isn't sold out
I was able to buy my ticket on their website ahead of time, and brought the ticket printout on the day of the event.
You can't smoke cigarettes inside. Did not see anyone vaping when I was there.
No clue
We cater to people who want to come and have a fun time and listen to some music. We do not discriminate nor do we condone those type of actions! Don't let the actions of one idiot ruin your fun or way of life. It is unfortunate this happened in Deep Ellum but it's not indicative of Deep Ellums nature. This is an eclectic neighborhood. Come down and have some fun with us at Trees!
Either way is acceptable at Trees
like a purse yes I've never had a problem I would wear a small crossbody purse
VIP usually get better seatings and go in through a shorter line. But same door time.
No, it's 10 dollars. Usually best to get there early also since it tends to get pretty packed in Deep Ellum quick now that they have trendy restaurants there...
When I went to the tattoo expo, I had bought my tickets online, then printed them out. There was someone at the box office to scan the tickets, give me wristbands, etc. I imagine it's the same situation with every event that does their thing there.
Per their website: Trees is 16+ to enter, 21+ to drink with I.D. People under 16 can come to Trees but require supervision. I've seen kids there with parents. It isn't usually an issue.
17+ with state issues ID.
As long as the show isn't sold out your should be able to get tickets at the door. It usually costs a little more, but not much more than the online ticket fees.
All ages? No.
@EricHillis there's a sign on the door that says no in and out.... But if you can finesse the door person? I had to step out before and she was cool but is it policy... No
It's a club you have to have I'd to even get in the door
Great venue!
Their website has a list of artists performing for the current month
