No they don't serve food but you can bring your food there.
No they don't but the waitress said that if we ordered food we could eat it there. It's a really fun place to go hangout! I had a great time!
They do not serve food. However, Mi Cocina isnext door and you can order there and bring the food in. Also the bar has several menus from various restaurants that will deliver to the Balcony Club.
