I took my truck to get transmission fix 3 times during my warranty and it never got fixed and they said it was an engine problem, they check transmission for free so I took it to another shop in Irving and they said it was the transmission that’s messed up and so I took it back to the Dallas shop and they claimed they “fixed” it but it’s still slipping gears and now my warranty is over and I can’t take it back to them and so i spent 2,500$ on nothing and didn’t even get to enjoy driving my truck for the last 3 years. Very disappointed. I don’t even wanna take it back cause it takes them 2 months each time that I took it, just to get it inspected.

UPDATE: Scott the owner replied, as always,and I appreciate it very much,I up the review one more star, they did a good job on servicing the transmission, no complaints there. I'm disappointed they didn't find the problem with my transmission, you'll think if they're the experts, they will find what was wrong with ,it had the transmission serviced, but didn't fixed the problem. I was told they weren't able to recreate the problem, but after I left,15 miles later I started getting the warning on the screen. "Transmission hot, idle engine", I'm not sure if they drove it to test it, or didn't drive it long enough.
