There's no cover but you definitely should put something in the band and barkeeper's tip jars because those people are not making themselves rich doing that
Cover charge usually later in the evening. You can bring your own food or order in from local restaurants. They will deliver. Tip well - the people there are there for enjoyment & tipping helps keep the place going.
