Try A to Z rentals in Georgetown or Blue Line Rentals In Pflugerville. I believe HD doesn't carry that brand, but they might have something similar that does the same thing.
I don't think this location does tool rentals. The one up in Georgetown does and you'll need to call in for specific questions like that.
Not sure if they rent that at the Home Depot. Did you call them?
