They had what I needed. I spoke with 3 store reps and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. If you go at night they aren't crowded. They also have a huge Christmas display up.

Very unprofessional Elizabeth at the customer service register was very rude to me. I have been coming to this home depot for years. Never gotten treated the way I was treated today. Brought items for return, all my items were on my pro account purchased history there was a specific item she was not willing to make an effort and look up the part number for it that way I could get my refund for it. She told me that she would only reimburse me for all items that had the barcode. I clearly told her that the barcode sticker fell off from that specific part. It was abvious it didn't have it. However it was on my pro account. I asked her if I can bring a similar part before I realize I could look it up in my phone home depot app. Without asking me if I wanted cash or anything she cash me out and told me to figure out the other item after. I left that aside. Kept looking for history of purchased item on my phone while I went to the aisle to see if I can also find the exact part so I can get reimburse I found the code first took a picture came back. Stood in line at the customer service again and when my turn was up Elizabeth was the register available next. She saw me and I knew it was going to be bad just by her look. I was very polite came back told her I had found a the part number. As the register next to hers were marangelys was done with another customer cleared up and she told me she can help you she talks Spanish this was the part that made me leave this review. I never once talked to her in Spanish at all for her to send me to another person register plus she said it's better so she can understand you. I was very mad after this happened i kept it polite still I just told her that was very unprofessional and rude of her part.

It's Home Depot. No tool rental at this store, but it still has most everything you need

You can start working at Home Depot once you turn 16 years old. But to work customer service you must be 18.
Yes
Try A to Z rentals in Georgetown or Blue Line Rentals In Pflugerville. I believe HD doesn't carry that brand, but they might have something similar that does the same thing.
