The Red Wing staff member that assisted me today appeared disinterested in me as soon as I walked in the door in my company uniform. My company has been buying boots from Red Wing longer than my 3 yrs of employment. After getting the staff memebers attention, they called our previous store, used for many company purchases, which had recently moved. Before he hung up the phone he says "I don't know why he ended up at my store" in front of me. This was highly unprofessional and several of my coworkers felt similarly disrespected and disregarded.
