I believe there are normally port o johns at the horse park/sports complex thats on the other side of Tatum Rd from Reach 11

No bathrooms, no water in this section of Reach 11 Recreation Area. I only know of water and restrooms at the sports complex, which is about 5-6 miles away (Cave Creek and Deer Valley Rd)
