It's ok. There is a lot of homless people around the park. They don't cause any trouble, it just makes people not want to go to the park.

Are deer Valley Park was peaceful really big park a lot of grass a lot of places to play and hang out on the trees well it was pretty cool

6pm it’s pretty busy
The park itself has a sidewalk that goes all the way around to large soccer fields. but if you're looking to do a run there is a trail that goes around the giant deem hills, it's about five and a half miles long at its longest point or you can do a 3-mile run and cut halfway through. Just check the trail before you go to determine which length you would like to go.

There are 2 parking lots. I am not really good at directions. If you are driving on 19th from union intersection then the first parking is the best one. The first play ground in that park is dog playing area so it's very close. If you are driving from the 101 exits then cross the entire park on ur right and then take a right turn to enter the parking that the one that I mentioned above and is closer to dog park
Yes on leash in the main park. Off leash in the new dog park. Not allowed in the facilities unless service dog
