The door and website says open until 2 am friday and saturday but everytime i come after 1 am they say they are closed for maintenance. Is this somehow true or are these employees trying to shut down early?

The night crew doesn't work well they mess up orders and don't want to work the morning and afternoon crew seem to be okay though

They are always not doing their jobs, orders always wrong, and are RUDE. Pisses me off.

I agree with both those answers. A friend picked up an order for 5 of us on her way to my house and some of it was wrong. We called and spoke to the manager and she told us what to do to get the correct items the next time we were in. But when we did, she said that's not how they do it. So basically she said I was lying without really saying it. Awesome customer service right?!
