Bailey Bridge Wawa is the best! They don't have very good customer service here and I never see anyone smiling. If your charged for 5 pumps of caramel then there should be 5 caramel. So, I paid $5 for a drink that wasn't even right!!! I won't go here again!! You should be able to stop at any wawa for convenience and get what you want how you usually get it if their trained properly to make the drink's.

I would give this Wawa 5 stars if their damn pumps were not as slow a as molasses in winter time. It makes me want to go to other Wawas with better pumps that are older than this store but in desperate need for fuel I unfortunately have to come here...

If you're looking for food from the deli, save yourself the headache and find another location, consistent problems with orders, below par service. There has to be a special kind of idiocy managing this location. I have had 4 separate incidents since they opened, where the items offered on the menu weren't available, resulting in refunds, or replacements. (Why is it so hard for the staff at this location to update the menu? I've never seen this happen at any other Wawa, let alone so often.) This time, the sheer stupidity of the staff there is beyond explanation. Once again, the main ingredient for a cheese steak wasn't available, so, instead of having to wait online for a refund, I opted for a meatball parm. The rocket scientists thought all the options for my cheese steak: tomatoes, lettuce, sauteed onions, mayo, salt, oil, vinegar, were what I would want on my meatball parm. They literally just swapped the beef steak for meatballs and called it a day. Because that's what people always mean when they say MEATBALL PARM. Not to mention I've found hairs and sanitary napkin wrappers wrapped up with my sandwich (this location actually inspired me to look up the contact information for the Chesterfield County Health Department in case it happens again) on a previous occasion. A bunch of incompetent fools proven to screw up the most simple of tasks the staff further down Hull Street never seem to have a problem with. Gas and pre-packaged products, everything else, avoid at all costs.

Very courteous, I had to go to two different wawa's to get what I wanted and the manager without me asking, gave me a credit for the item. I thought that was so nice. I'll by past many convenient stores just to get to a Wawa,and did I mentioned, they have the best breakfast sandwiches!
