Upon my arrival there were 5 to 6 hostesses/waiters standing at the entrance, not one of the greeted me; I proceed to take a seat to wait for my party to arrive. While waiting several Caucasians walk through the door before the can cross the threshold they are greeted with a “Hello (in a very chipper voice)”. When this was brought to the managers attention, she explains they probably didn’t acknowledge me because I sat down 😒. Really that is the best you could come up with. The only reason I stayed was because of my Mary Kay celebration dinner other than that I would have left because I refuse to patron a business that doesn’t acknowledge people of color.

This bar/Americana restaurant has a little bit of everything. There's a nice bar areas with plenty of high tips and outdoor seating that's away from the normal dining areas. Upstairs is awesome to rent for beer, boardgames, or parties. Cap Ale always has a huge selection of craft beers from around the world. Great spot for someone trying to find new flavors. The food at this Cap Ale always seems to be a little better for some reason. Turkey Bacon Brie is awesome. Along with the perogies or any burger. Get the pretzel if you just need a snack with your drinks. It's so good. Wait staff is either amazing or new/understaffed. Feeling for these folks during all this pandemic stuff. Check this place out if you want good atmosphere, great beet, and solid food choices.

Decent food at a decent price. Food was very fresh and flavorful. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. *Server staff is very young and have a propensity to ask you how things are or if you need anything very VERY frequently. Otherwise, great stuff.
