All my Immunizations from birth aren't on Web IZ . I'm from here. So where would they be able to find them?

The hospital I was born at is not even up anymore. So I'm wondering do SNHD keep paper copies. Don't see how it's possible none of my shots are on there .

Try the doctor that gave you the shots. I'm not sure how far thirty records go but that's a start.
