no appointments within 5 month. thats as far as the calendar allows. you'll just get worthless email reminding you to finish up your claim by scheduling an appointment. what a joke. they blame you for their lack of appointments. they take zero responsibility. they just tell you to check for appointments daily in case someone cancels. so backed up im going to guess the majority of them canceled because time doesn't stop for EEOC.

EE0C were a truly blessing to me I had to go down there and file a charge.Mrs.Russell behide the window when you go down there she did a good job telling me what I need to do.The same day I were able to talk to a investigator name Jonothan. He were so helpful,He let me kno my evidence were strong. That same week I had to sign paper work. That were so quick I would say keep EEOC we need them. All things are possible.Excellent work.

Complete waste of time. The Las Vegas office do not help at all. They will only interrogate you as if you did something wrong and at the end of the day, they tell you no case. They tell you to prove it and come up with evidence when the discrimination is in your face. They expect you to have a hidden video or camera when it is illegal to do so. Like the previous man stated, they are nothing short of bullies; sinical, demeaning, and spiteful.

Make sure you get a witness and date, time, and action. Person name and you did the right thing with HR. Now fight for your job back.

Let's see if he does not touch with the same agent. Well grocer does not even want to listen to one. It looks like he's in favor of the companies. I am going to report it to your supervisor and to the US Senators.
