Very rude owner.. The guy in glasses tore up the paper i asked him to print because i shouted oh hell no at how expensive it was.. i told him it was expensive.. imagine charging me $3 plus for 1 print out.. very rude man..

would give negative ratings if google allowed. This is the worst store. My wife and I went here for notary. And the lady is so rude and impatient. At first she asked for the IDs. I said I have my ID but my wife is not carrying right now. She got so impatient. She said without the id she will not do it. I bought the id from the car. and all I asked is is it a law to have both the ids. To that she got more angry and rude. She said I will not do it and stopped. Then my wife said we have the ids. When she scanned the ids, and filled the notary forms. She miswrote my first name in the form. When I corrected her, to this she got even more angry and rude. She tore our forms and said I’m not doing it. How dare she tore our ids. Who gave her this authority. She was such a belligerent and disrespectful lady. But just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you disrespect and be rude to the customers. I have worked at the gas stations, pizza stores and in Fortune 500 companies. I never treated customers in bad way even if I have a bad mood. I would take a break, go for a walk and ask coworkers to take over. This store owner should pay attention to the reviews Rather than supporting the bad behavior of employees. After this experience when I read the reviews, I see a common thread. Bad behavior and declining of service. Why can’t owner see this. I hope owner takes actions against this.
