This is one of the few locations that stays open until the wee hours 8pm. I needed to stay open a little late this night because I needed to print out some contracts that I meed to present early in the morning. These places open late on Saturdays, and the one closest to me does not even open until 10am which would be much too late. Since I don't have a printer at home, I definitely do rely on these office store locations. I'm not sure whatever happened to the places lie this that stayed open 24 hours, but I wish that they would make a comeback.

Everyone I’ve encountered that works at this location is very slow and also slow...and socially awkward aside from Christian. I come here frequently and the service is just drawn out and not cohesive. They wander around from computer to computer instead of having an order of operations of who should be helped and who is next. Who hired Jose? His customer service skills are very weird borderline inappropriate...Shipping is a high volume and fast paced business. The manager needs to hire people that are quick on their feet, mentally sharp and great at problem solving. The odd mod squad they have working at this store fill me with existential dread every time I have to interact with them. This review is after dozens of interactions and observations with them. Pros are location and that’s it.

I had a great experience with the manager on duty today. She was incredibly helpful in helping me ship my items and went above and beyond to right-size my package. It's really refreshing to get this level of customer service, and I appreciate it!
