Hamid and his father have been wonderful each time, explaining the process and what’s wrong with the watch if anything and fixing them for fair prices. I worked with Town Jewelers, specifically with Hamid, and it was such a great experience. I went in there with an idea for an engagement ring and Hamid made the experience worthwhile. He was very accommodating, honest, and open to hear you out in your preferences. I had to leave town for work and vacation, and Hamid was very accommodating in continuing the conversation via email including sending pictures/videos of the designs. The end result for the engagement ring was amazing. I cannot recommend Town Jewelers enough, and they’re local!
