This is my go to for all shipping. Parcel Plus is always available and clear on how things work for shipping needs. I had an urgent need this week and David provided professional, helpful information over the phone to ensure I knew times of FedEx pickup and that a notary was onsite until 6:30pm. I don't know why I always have to return in this service shop. It has always put me in difficult situation. I drove to secretary of commonwealth for more than two hours today for authentication of documents that this shop notarized, only to be rejected in the authentication here in Richmond because the notary from this shop has error in their name. Very frustrated!

They can ship/receive packages from all vendors: fedex, ups, usps,... Most tracking numbers can be scanned under my name, which is a nice paper trail. Only thing is wish they had a drop box for after hours.

So easy and seamless. We all know how unpleasant of an experience the post office is, so my review is simply based off the customer service and convenience compared to any other mailing provider. I walked in and was able to send out an international package without having to repackage an item that the Sterling USPS was packaged improperly. Gave me zero issues about package contents and wasn’t rude at all. Will come here for all my USPS, UPS, and FedEx needs from here on out.
