Yes, you come in and ask the information person where the department is.
The Southern Nevada Health District's Family Health Care Center can provide physicals. Information about the clinic is here: https://www.southernnevadahealthdistrict.org/clinic/family-health-clinic/ The Health District does not offer TB testing for school or work requirements. There are health centers or providers in the community who will do testing.
