Does anybody have the number to schedule an appointment after going down and filing the papers at the window for rent assistance.

I went there and the lady at the window said I need to call Monday to schedule an appointment to bring in all my documents.

You can't schedule appointments over the phone there. They should have gave you a return appointment date when you saw the person at the window unless you were a walk in.
