So almost 6 months ago. I made a review of this W.I.C office. The staff they had before were absolutely atrocious, they were mean, and stuck up. I had my appointment today, and the whole vibe has changed. They have new staff, who decorated the office so festive. The staff is also super friendly now. I highly recommend this office!

Went in early to my appointment since I had to work. They said no problem they will see you shortly… one hour later… as there was several un-busy worker’s, doing arts & crafts. Also there was a new mother in there in pain hurting from trying to breast-feed and they were not helpful or sympathetic to her at all she already was in the system they could’ve recommended to talk to the lactation nurse there or at least give her a hand pump to help her. I overheard her situation and provided her with my personal experience to help but the staff could’ve done more then be lazy and go back to doodling there arts and crafts
Tues Day
Very friendly staff. Appointment did not take long and they answer the phone quickly.

I just had to go unexpectedly to this office this past week , it took me a few emails to get a hold of someone but when I did they were so nice and helpful . The 2 ladies on the phone and the the lady at the desk . They were all super nice and helpful.

You can go to any State of Nevada Welfare Office. I would go to the one on Spring Mountain and the I15 or the one on Durago and Flamingo, as they are really not that busy.
No they take walk-ins but they usually schedule I an appointment to return.
You definitely need a valid ID and proof of residence. After that I think it depends on the children since they are basically the customers. I went in with a newborn so all I needed was the crib card but they will probably want the birth certificate for older children. I'm pretty sure that's all you need but you can always call them and ask.
No. This is for food and healthcare assistance.
