Yes. You can use this emergency assistance to pay for a weekly. You must find the weekly or if you already live there, bring receipts of the rent you paid, how much you owe (5 day notice from the weekly) and proof of how you paid the rent before. The policy on income, gifts, loans and bills paid by others will apply so don't be mad if you get denied the first te there.
