What time is the cutoff for the line/day to been seen or at least submit paperwork please ?

Well you can be seen up until 4pm with a return date if you want to maybe handle all your needs in one day you may be able to be a stand by appointment which means you will be waiting until everyone else is seen for the day then you go and have a turn
