Zero income means ZERO! Income based program requires you to show you lost your income or employment recently and that you did not qualify for unemployment. If you quit or got fired in the last 60 days, you will be denied services so have your paperwork proof and get a return date from the front desk for 60days after you got fired.
Have your papers in order, receipts, etc. You have to have proof of everything and valid IDs,!
