How do I drop off a deposit check, get correct information, or speak to someone on the phone? I am waiting outside thoroughbred managements Cheyenne office and there is no deposit box as promised

There is a mail drop opening on the left side of the double doors. I dropped off a deposit for my pool and called two business days later to confirm they received it. Please let me know if that helps.

Our phone system was down for a few hours on Friday 2/05/2021---so if you happened to call during that outage we would not have received your call.
