Marmaxx has destroyed the predictable schedules,paychecks, and quality of life for its transportation providers with the use of Blue Yonder. Not to mention their own store employees schedules, pay, and quality of life. They should be ashamed of themselves. They simply don't care about the trickle down effect of their decisions on other people's lives. The loads are loaded out of a logistical sense of order. It makes the drivers life more difficult and it unnecessarily extends the drivers day.

It is a very strong and large company that has everything to be competitive and one of the best, but it has a small problem. The leaders (bosses) they have do not have the professional preparation to improve the system and thus increase quality. In these times it is not a good place to work as the people who are promoted to higher positions are not the right ones as they do not have the education or the skill to build. You can be a prepared or professional person who can aspire to a better position but you will see with your own eyes that those people who you never imagined they would choose will give you the opportunity and have been operating like this for years in all their departments. This is like a cancer for the company itself, destroying everything in its path. From my perspective, a change is needed starting with the replacement of leaders and working downwards, this is called the "PYRAMID EFFECT" It works but it needs to start from the corporate and that has been my big question "WILL THEY BE THE SAME" Why does the change not come? Nice to inform you! Latino has the power in his hands!
